The appliance allowance on this home is $2100 - That normally covers the built in, dishwasher and Microwave. anything above that number would be an additional cost and can be wrapped up into the construction loan.

Closets and shower doors
All closets will have standard white wire shelving. We use Superior products for this service. You can upgrade or just go over the design by calling or visiting. a framed Shower door is normally only installed in the master, but we can upgrade and install them in every bath or shower at your request.
Paint
Choice of the buyer before flooring is installed. Meet at Sherwin Williams west Springfield. Choose your colors and bring us the swatches.
we do one color over the entire home, for every color change there is a $150 fee per color change.

Foam is Always installed in the Walls of our homes.
Exterior walls - 3 inches closed cell foam. (Standard)
Interior walls - 3.5 to 5.5 inches fiberglass for sound control (Standard) Upgrade to open cell foam to interior separation walls for superior sound control for $3,100.00
Attic Insulation - Base installs get Cellulose R-49 - to upgrade this home to an Energy efficient home reducing your energy cost as much as possible you can upgrade this to open cell foam in the attic for $12,500.
Sound control - you can upgrade this property and have fiberglass insulation put between the floors for sound control for an additional $2,800.00
Gutters and Drains
Gutters are standard.
If you would like us to install underground drains for the downspouts, they are $150.00 each and include a pop up at the Termination.
Landscaping
you get sod in the front up to the front 2 corners of the house. seed the rest of the yard. additional sod will cost $2.00 per square foot installed.
Standard Security System
We always install a hard-wired Ring Doorbell system and hardwired floodlight over the garage.
