Do you want the corners and trim to be the same color of the siding or would you like white accent corners and trim around the windows.

We need the stone and or brick layout. 

you will need to decide on colors and placement of brick and stone.

Please note: your allowance is for brick, the cost of stone is higher, and the labor is also higher.

We need the color of shingles you would like 

We need the color of windows you would like. 

and front door choice

we need to know the type of texture you would like on your ceiling. standard textures are stomp and knock down. please ask if you have never seen these 2 options. If you choose a flat ceiling it runs $1 more per sq foot of ceiling. It take a lot more work and material to make a full ceiling completely flat and smooth.

Cabinets come standard from RP lumber.

the cost will double sometime triple using these providers.

we get our counter tops from Modern countertops. please call and set up an appointment. they will go over the allowance on the solid surface counters and let you choose the options they carry. you can also upgrade and choose from there large variety of different stones.

If you would like lighting or plugs located in a certain location other than normal, now is the time. please set up a meeting with the electrician. 

Extra lighting such as stair lighting, more can light, exterior lighting needs to be discussed.

This is also the time to talk about CAT 6 also known as internet wiring. if you need hard wires ran to certain locations now is the time. 

Running CAT 6 to all tv's in the home runs $600-$800 

Stair railing comes standard as white pine railing and black square tube steel spindles or painted white wood spindles.

Upgrade to oak or maple as always available. You can sit down at RP lumber and go over your option with the specialist. if you choose a stainable wood we will have to send it off to fine finishes for stain. a full rail system runs approx. $1200-$2500 to stain depending on the amount of railing.
