All builds come standard with closed cell spray foam to the exterior walls of the finished living area. Attics come standard with R-38 min cellulose insulation. Please ask if you would like additional insulation, sound control between walls and floors or spray foam in the attic for the most energy efficient home possible. 

Common full bathrooms come standard with 1 pc Fiberglass bathtub shower units

Master baths come standard with full shower doors in black, oil rubbed bronze, chrome or Brushed nickel finishes. 

Mirrors are a standard frameless mirror. We do however have backlit and heated mirrors at an additional cost, just ask for pricing or view here. 

Every home comes standard with a dedicated circuit for your EV automobile. If you would like a Tesla or another car charger please let us know and we will provide pricing. please provide the cars information so we can get you the correct charger. 

Every home comes with an allowance for solid surface counter tops in the kitchens and master bath.  All other bathrooms come standard with cultured marble tops and Laminate tops in the laundry rooms unless otherwise noted in your build cost or upon your request.

Every home comes with an allowance for solid core white doors. We will have different options available in designs. stained wood doors are more expensive and will be an upgrade. just ask for pricing.
