More information on Doors and Allowances

The allowance for doors will vary. some models of homes have just a 36-inch front door with no windows, some have 1 or 2 sidelights. the dollar amount of the allowance will depend on the plan. the doors that exit to the back of the homes are sliders, you can choose French doors or different style for an additional cost.

Interior doors are chosen based on the model type of home.

Example, if you choose a country style home, we will choose a door.

If you were to choose a modern home, then the allowance would reflect a door with a more modern feel.
