Sangamon county project

This 3-bedroom country home is about to undergo a

dramatic transformation — from a basic, traditional layout into a bold,

modern designed residence. We’re expanding the footprint,

opening everything up and elevating the entire feel of the home.

Here’s what’s in the works:

• Full privacy fence surrounding the entire property for complete seclusion
• Custom man cave conversion inside the existing garage — a dedicated retreat space
• New 4th bedroom addition designed as a true master suite
• Expanded living room and kitchen with a significantly larger, more open footprint
• Vaulted ceilings throughout the kitchen, living room, and bedrooms for that soaring, airy modern vibe

This is a major undertaking, and we’re proud to be the team bringing it to life. We can’t wait to watch this one evolve from start to finish.
